多选, 听的有点迷糊, 我好象选的是1) 这个房子比其他房子老 2)it is in good area 至于便宜, 我是听到她说值得花这个钱去买，所以我想应该不是便宜; 适合有孩子的家庭, 我听到她说适合couple而已,所以没有选, 至于剩下的一个--it has a good design, 我没有听到，故没选...不过这题迷糊
