Furthermore, because globalization is supposed to thrive on sustained economic growth and solid cultural background, what good can it do to reportedly over one billion people on the earth not having safe water to drink?

Therefore, instead of saying that globalization can benefit all peoples, there are indeed places where globalization cannot be the option.
