Secondly it would depend on where the emergency occurred. For example, if I found a fire in my house, I will initially try to extinguish it myself. If this seems in vain I will call the fire station for assistance.
158. What are the most serious problems associated with modern life? ( 5 - 8 )
That’s an interesting question. Allow me to explain my personal views by shortly mentioning the following points: I feel that there are a number of serious problems associated with modern life. Firstly, pollution is slowly but surely killing the whole planet Earth. For example, air pollution is making it more and more difficult for people to live in our cities. Secondly, overpopulation is making life on the planet unbearable. For example, in many parts of the world people are living in poverty. They have no future, and the quality of life they are experiencing is terrible.
159. What troubles you most at the moment? ( 5 - 8 )
I am pleased to say that I do not have any serious troubles or worries at the moment. Passing the IELTS test is working on my nerves a bit, but I am progressing well, and I am positive that I will be successful in the end.
160. What do you think a good teacher is like? ( 5 - 8 )
That’s an interesting question. Allow me to explain my personal views by shortly mentioning the following points: Firstly, I believe teachers must love what they are doing. For example, they should have the interests of the students in their minds all of the time. Secondly, I believe teachers should be well trained in the subjects that they are to present to the students. For instance, they should have a lot of self-confidence when they are in front of the class.
