When to retire? This is a hot topic these days. When the present retiring age is 60 years old for man and 55 for woman in many countries, retiring at 65 means prolonged people's retirement age. It seems natural for people to work longer, as the life expectancy increased. However, there are two completely different ideas on this issue. Some agrees to it, while others violently oppose it. Let's see together what their reasons are.
Those who agree hold the statement that retiring at 65 can relive the problem of talent chasm between seniors and youth greatly Moreover, it helps reduce young people's stress of supporting their parents.
